It's pre-craft fair season, so I shouldn't have conflicts. Where? How many people? How much can folks pay (for food, lodging)? Firm dates? I happen to have plenty of experience putting on 3 day cons for 30ish people, including food stuff.

Jared and John and I are going to ICON in March. http://iconsf.org/ And so are you! Let's do the forge con at a central location in a month when there are no other major cons. also, the earlier in the year we make it, the more likely it is that Ron can attend.

i think there is a danger of too many chefs for this one. V, you've got some of the heaviest RW obligations of us all in the coming months. When would you be comfortable doing this and how far would you be willing to travel. (Imagine we were going to invite EVERYONE)
