Vincent -- Okay, yeah, you are saying something much more reasonable than I read you as saying. *sigh of relief* I think that the 3-day LARP (can only speak to the 3-day, having never played the 7-day) sort of immersion can be somewhat similar to tabletop immersion. There is a sense, for a lot of the players who play both types of games, that the tabletop game gives and inferior taste of what the larger game gives.
