Also, note that this essay (right there in the first paragraph) is not addressed to you, Will, in any way. If I were to write a parallel essay addressing workers at 2nd tier RPG companies such as Atlas or White Wolf, I would title it "Playtesting: for the love of God consider doing some of it for once in your damn life."
