I don't know if this has been brought up - but I'd like to see some analysis of the differing Creative Agendas and how they view the player's role viz. the audience.

Gamism is focused on application of guts etc etc with some sort of social stake on the line (esteem, whatever).  In this case, the audience plays the role of judge.

Narrativism is focused on making a statement; in this case the audience is literally an audience - reacting to and perhaps providing feedback.  It's less crucial a role than in Gamism, but it's there.

What's the role of the audience in simulationism?  It seems to me this CA is almost entirely inwardly focused.
