Here's the same sort of rule with no corresponding cue. "If another player describes a character's death, that means food for the winter for all the crows, so congratulate that player heartily."
I haven't made the picture for this rule. It's a single rightward arrow from the cloud to the smiley faces. (Or from the cloud to the middle of nowhere, if I'm not showing the smiley faces.)
