As I see it, "Play an RPG with another person about murderous ghosts," covers so much that little further agenda may be required.

When I played, my agenda was partly to enjoy those things that I enjoy when I roleplay: making stuff up, imagining being there, and communicating both of those through words and portrayal.

"Try to win" adds enough focus to that to proceed efficiently.
