Let me borrow an example from Matthijs's post about "Itras By".  What if instead of the card saying



"The Stranger" - someone approaches your character. Describe him briefly, and then hand over control to the GM



What happens if the card says



"First Love" - introduce an element that relates to the first time you fell in love. Describe the character/setting/situation element briefly then hand over control to the GM



Would that avoid "vast and inchoate" whilst avoiding "realy personal" by allowing people to introduce oblique elements?



PS to your PPS: Rorschasch blot?  Yes, but, isn't the shape of the blot really, really important to what it invokes in people?
