Well, there's a link to it under "local" on the right-hand side. It used to be called "Remindments & Respondments," but maybe "Most Recent Marginalia" will be a little more explicit.
I decided a while ago not to include a list right on the main page, but if a cool and convenient way to do it suggests itself to me I'll change my mind.
