Mostly I mean in terms of providing tools for it and actively fostering the broad-scale manifestation of the New World Order. One element of it, I think, is that is no longer local. Addressing and participating in such a vast, global, shifting social structure requires tools, techniques, technology, and all sorts of other good stuff.
