If you mean that you don't know how to change your own personal, local social support network, well, me neither. Changing mine was very easy, but we were primed for it.

Mostly I mean in terms of providing tools for it and actively fostering the broad-scale manifestation of the New World Order. One element of it, I think, is that is no longer local. Addressing and participating in such a vast, global, shifting social structure requires tools, techniques, technology, and all sorts of other good stuff.
