And, indeed, he refers to "my character" in numerous further posts.

Vincent, is the concept of "my" character still relevant under your Dangerous Idea?  It seems that you're suggesting it is obsolete.

In other words, when everyone is a GM, all the characters are NPCs.

It seems as easy to implement as just shuffling and dealing out all the character sheets after every scene.

This seems like a logical extension of the idea, but I'm not entirely sure if it actually is an extension, per se, or merely a restatement of the idea itself.
