My family and I used to say "menschlichkeit," but (a) most English-speakers wouldn't understand and (b) most German / Dutch / Yiddish speakers wouldn't either because it's not very good German.

That one means "humanity" in the "humane" way, i.e., being caring, warm, honest, etc.
