There are limited circumstances in which you want HtH weaponry: specifically, when you're fighting over an objective so when one guy falls, it immediately goes into the hands of the attacker. Usually, though, it's a bit of a hinderance. Making it more powerful might make it work out better. I believe V and I have discussed this very rule, in fact.
