Absent context, it just means "nonsense," but since it's a swear, in action it covers a lot of territory.
"oh fiddlesticks that hurts" = "oh fuck that hurts"
"fiddlesticks to you" = "eat shit and die"
"fiddlesticks!" = "that's bullshit!"
