Usagi Yojimbo is all color and not a very interesting system. You'd be better served using Dogs in the Vineyard for the stories. Sad but true. On a related note, though, the Albedo RPG, Platinum Catalyst, has some really neat rules (in addition to lots of really bland ones) that I've never seen used anywhere else.
