2008-11-18 : In a Wicked Age actual play

The care and feeding of emergent campaigns

This makes me very happy.

The Anthology Engine game I'm playing with Meg, Rob and Joshua makes me very happy too. I'll post about it sometime soon.

The worlds this game creates are vast and satisfying.

(And this one also: IAWA - roleplaying at school.)

I think I mentioned this to you in real-person conversation, but here it is again - you may well have written the Night's Master RPG.

Hey, Vincent. Glad to have added joy to your life! We've been having a lot of fun with the game, as you may have noticed, and I'm glad that we've been able to go deeper with this game than just a one-shot.

There! I've added a bit about our Anthology Engine game and our Apocalypse World game to the thread.

Yeah, IaWA deserves all the accolades it gets.

I can be a grumble bunny about the text, and some day you and I will have to while away a couple of hours over drinks and a good meal philosophising on the nature of game texts...but at the end of the day In a Wicked Age for my money is the single best Indie RPG designed to date.
